what a joke, there are long videos composed of nothing but clips of hillary talking where she says one thing and then literally the opposite in another venue. These were all public speeches, testimonies, interviews. Even her own party gives her a below 50% rating for trustworthiness. what’s worse is that she’ll state she never changed her stance despite the overwhelming evidence.
she is a serial liar. and will say anything to get elected.
hey man, I get it. media lies, politicians lie, but she’s so far bent and her circumstances are so messed up, it’s practically criminal. the people are fed up with career politicians
^^ Actually, polls suggest they want none of the above, as do vote totals. Of the 143.6 million registered voters in the US, only 8.7 million (6.0%) voted for Clinton in the primaries and only 7.5 million (5.1%) for Trump. Of the people who actually voted, Clinton received only 24.4% and Trump 21.3%. So, the two didn’t even combine to grab 50% of the few people who actually voted in the primaries.
Why does Trump lie so much? 53% of his comments are False and “Pants on Fire”. Is it insecurity? Do his fans lie to themselves when they call Hillary a serial liar?
Both are serial liars and anyone who believes otherwise is a delusional zealot for one candidate or the other. Surrogates for both candidates are unable to honestly answer any question about their own candidate and instead resort to pointing out flaws in the other candidate.
Absolutely true, however the nature of their lies is what bothers me. I’ve said it here before, but Hillary lies because she’s a criminal/possible agent of Satan. Trump lies because he has to turn everything up to 11. There’s a YUGE difference there and if people can’t spot it, they’re retarded.
The main problem is that Hillary is very uncharismatic, especially compared to Trump. In fact, she is weirdly uncharismatic for a US politician in general, and it’s pretty obvious that Bill’s position helped her career a lot.
Anyway, this is why people focus on her negative personality aspects, but yet, some can ignore the same (or worse) characteristics in Trump. It’s because his general likability overpowers these negative things.
While you’re not incorrect, the last time I saw statistics on the lying a few weeks ago Trump was way ahead with more than 50% of statements demonstrably incorrect, while Clinton was somewhere around 25%. While that’s still too high it’s quite a difference to me if a quarter of what someone says or more than half of what someone says is lies. I don’t understand how anyone can think Trump would be a good president.
Part of this Hillary hate is misogyny. Trump fans tend to be a sad, angry lot, and now that a strong woman is going to be bossing them, they go full-blown itera.
He is a polarizing person, but he has extreme charisma. Not many people on this planet can say the horrifyingly distorted things that Trump has, and yet be within grasp of winning a national election. On TV, he is completely mesmerizing. So I am a bit concerned that a whole lot of Undecided voters or Hillary supporters will switch over to him once the two candidates appear on TV together.
