i don’t believe any of these vitamins are really helpful. caffeine is it, or if one has a prescription to adderall or something. honestly just down a few monsters and it will be party time!
I agree with tyler, I’ve got a bunch of vitamins that are supposed to promote brain function/alertness/etc and honestly, none of them had any noticable effect after a couple months of religious use. I’ll still take the basic health vitamins like omega’s and whatever but a lot of the specialties are just gimmicks imo
I doubt this is a smart drug compound, but I take a Multi, Fish Oil, and Ginko. Brain health is a new area of interest for me and I have found Dr. Daniel Amen’s books/website to be spectacular. Good brain health is a foundation for overall good health.
It’s all really simple when his material is condensed.
Avoid head injuries.
Avoid excessive caffeine/alchol.
Avoid bad carbs.
Get at least 20 minutes of aeorbic exercise a day.
Yeah, that’s the sort of answer I’m looking for… supplemants that can be bought from GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Target, etc. that’ll give an extra boost to a hard day’s worth of studying (the title was meant to drawn attention, hehe.)
I take adderall to get through the really mundane parts of the curriculum and repetition. I don’t think these drugs are helpful in a testing setting however and the increased focus sometimes causes me to miss things.
You should start a heavy cocaine habit, like a real Wall Street investment banker. Maintains focus and energy needed to pass these exams. It may cause heart attacks, erectile disfunction and destory families for some people.
I totally agree with CFAvsMBA said… Try some omega 3 + sports + healthy food “replace sugars and bad carbs with some fruits” + a bit of caffeine + some good sleep at night, and voila… You’ll be physically and mentally ready to face the storm. About Mozart… Well it’s not required but you certainly should avoid rap especially eminem
if you’re in NYC, stop by a deli and pick up one of these ginseng shots. they taste horrible but work somewhat with studying. each shot is usually about 1 dollar.
“Some men use Panax ginseng on the skin of the penis as part of a multi-ingredient product for treating early orgasm (premature ejaculation). Men also use it for erectile dysfunction (ED). There is some evidence that Panax ginseng is effective for these uses.”
Are’nt we making this studying process lot more complex, mates? I honestly dont believe in anything which people claim is a shortcut to something which looks unachieveable…
On this topic, are there any drugs that are illegal which make you smart. Like a brain steroid of some kind? They say we only use some small portion of your brain, so is there a drug (legal or not) that temporarily turbo-boosts your brain in any way (i.e. makes you use 75% of your brain instead of only 15%).
Illicit drugs already do this to a certain extent (i.e. the world’s problems could probably be resolved in an afternoon if everyone did LSD), but is there anything out there you could pop before an exam that’s been discovered but is illegal?
If everybody took the same smart drugs and enhanced their cognitive abilities by the same amount wouldn’t this give the samerelative results in the exam? If so would it not be better for everybody to stop taking these meds, get the same relative results and save some money? But then again wouldn’t each player of this game be incentivised to convince every other player to NOT take the meds while secretly taking brain enhancing drugs himself? Does this mean that the best strategy for each candidate in this game is to take drugs?
I have read a lot of stuff about Addarell on different blogs and websites (think most of them might be true, it’s not an OTC drug btw, you need a doctors’ prescription for it), but since it’s not available where I live therefore I can only share my experience with what I had tried. when I took my first tablet of Ritalin 10 mg I stayed awake for the whole night working on an urgent report that I needed to present the following day, however, after that the consecutive intake of the medicine didn’t work so well for me, there wasn’t any excessive focus to start with, just a little alertness which faded away after the first dose and the consecutive doses were all a waste of money.
I think we should rely on natural adrenaline produced within our body through activities, so my advice would be to go to a gym or do jogging (any cardio exercise with doctors’ approval) et cetera.
Definitely there are medicines that do work which are either made illegal or maybe too expensive for us common people to use, elites, however do have access to them. Remember not all medicines work and most of them are just scams (legal or illegal drugs, big pharmaceuticals with deep pockets).
Here is my 5 cents. Listen to good rock music which drives you. Everyday get fast physical exercises which stimulate your blood circulation - your brain cells will be fed by O2 and thus are able to work harder. Moreover, toxic products from metabolism will be taken out more rapidly. Don’t smoke, fuc–s! This will make your blood more viscous! Your blood MUST be liquid.
In any case - any brain stroke remedy medicines are helpful to improve your memory and cognitive abilities! TESTED by myself. And approved.
