Suspect CFA claim on resume

We gotta start up a posse, vigilante justice - the guy that wanted to nail her can be the administrator of such punishment.

So if the resume now states "level II candidate " and before it was “level III”, then probably the issue is resolved? She also might be under investigation. Before the decision of suspension, etc. she still has the right to be the candidate, register for the exam, etc., doesn’t she?

Yes, the resume is correct now, and until CFAI officially gives her some kind of punishment, she is still a “L2 candidate”. She’s still applying to jobs and interviewing with the L2 status, even though she really should be suspended.

If this girl lies about her CFA levels and the CFAI lets her slip through, who is to say she will not fudge some numbers here and there in her career? CFAI should blacklist this girl.

I only read the iteracom posts here to see how the story went. I would have thought that asking her what sections of level 2 she found most enjoyable would have been an enjoyable exercise for you. Just for the amount of squirming you could get out of her. Can you still get her in for an interview? Too late huh?
